Robyn served as Chair of AWEX from to 2016 to 2022, during the development and enhancement of WoolClip and SustainaWOOL. She is currently Chair of the Registration Review Committee for AWEX.

Robyn has more than 20 years of senior executive experience within the financial services industry, including roles with Citibank and AMP. She is also an experienced non-executive director within the agribusiness, energy and government sectors and is currently a director of Elders Limited, Australia Post and ProTen Limited.

Robyn is also Chair of the RAS Foundation, the charitable arm of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW. She resides on a property in rural south-eastern NSW and maintains a strong interest and involvement in rural and regional issues.

Andrew Rice

​Andrew is an independent agribusiness professional with more than 30 years’ experience in agriculture and natural resource management. His experience and skills range from hands-on crop and pasture agronomy and livestock management, detailed farm financial and production modelling through to agricultural litigation and development impact assessments.

Andrew’s experience and skills are drawn from his current and past off-farm roles in independent agricultural consulting, retail agronomy, industry groups, government agencies, research and development corporations, and grains research, development and extension services. Andrew also works in his own family farm business at Parkes, which includes a non-mulesed Poll Merino flock.

Angela Schuster

Angela is the co-founder of Schuster Consulting Group, an agile consulting company that operates nationally and internationally on agricultural integrity and credentialing programs in the areas of animal welfare, sustainability, food safety, traceability, environmental stewardship, biosecurity and provenance and production claims.

Together with her husband and business partner Peter, Angela operates a wool, beef cattle, dryland and irrigated cropping enterprise in the Central West region of NSW. The 5000-hectare enterprise employs four people and a range of contractors and runs 100 cattle, 15,000 non-mulesed Merino sheep, 240ha of specialised summer and winter irrigated seed crop production and 1500ha of commercial crop production.

Prof Mark Hutchinson

PhD (Medicine), BSc (Hons)

Professor Hutchinson is a nationally profiled science leader currently serving as the Director of the Institute for Photonics and Advanced Sensing (IPAS) and Professor of Biomedicine at the University of Adelaide. His work focuses on novel measurement technologies essential for advancing livestock health and agricultural productivity.

Professor Hutchinson's national influence is evident through his roles on critical boards and councils, including the Prime Minister’s National Science and Technology Council, and as a Director of the Australian Economic Accelerator. His leadership extends to being the immediate past President of Science and Technology Australia, showcasing his commitment to fostering research-industry partnerships. Recognised for his ability to bridge basic science and commercial application, Professor Hutchinson's contributions to policy and advocacy significantly impact the agricultural sector, benefiting sheep and wool producers across Australia.

Dr Scott Williams

Animal Health & Agricultural Professional, Forest Hill Consulting

Dr Williams trained in veterinary science, gaining a Masters in Agricultural Animal Medicine and Production. His career has included roles in vet practice, farm consultancy, and the pharmaceutical industry. He was research and development manager for Australian Wool Innovation for 10 years before moving into consultancy, and for the last 18 years has advised R&D corporations and other clients across a broad range of sectors.

Dr Williams also has several part-time roles, notably as Chair of the Sheep Sustainability Steering Group, Executive Director of the Australian Council of Wool Exporters and Processors, and non-executive director of the Australian Wool Testing Authority. He has a strong interest in sustainability and has recently completed short courses in carbon in agriculture and sustainable sourcing.

Dr Sonja Dominik

PhD (Animal Genetics), GAICD, Research & Innovation Leader

Dr Sonja Dominik is an agricultural scientist and leader. Throughout her career, she has held a range of scientific and leadership roles, most recently with CSIRO Agriculture and Food. Dr Dominik’s work has focused on sustainability credentials as a value-add to traceability, domestically and with an export perspective and served as Co-Chair of the Research and Development Working Group of the National Traceability Alliance.

Dr Dominik began her 28-year career in agriculture as Sheep Industries Consultant with the Sheep Industry Development Centre in South Australia. She holds a PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics from the University of New England, where her research focused on genetic improvement for productivity, reproduction, and sustainability outcomes in Merino sheep.

Grace Falkiner

Grace is a Strategy and Sustainability professional with more than 15 years' experience in food and agribusiness industries. She is currently the Sustainability Lead for Mauri (George Weston Foods) and holds a non-executive directorship with premier merino stud Haddon Rig, and previously served on the Advisory Committee for the Australian Agricultural Sustainability Framework.

Prior to her employment with GWF, Grace has held strategy and sustainability leadership roles in multinational organisations including Deloitte (Australia and the Netherlands), Syngenta (United Kingdom) and Rabobank (United Kingdom).
